Beijing Dongqing Interconnection Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dongqing Technology”), as a co-founding member of the Lenovo AI Application Industry Alliance (“AIAA”), officially signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on the "AI+ Urban Super Intelligence" project on November 26. The signing took place at the 2025 China Industrial Transfer and Development Matchmaking Event (Chongqing) & Bishan Low-altitude Economy Industry Promotion Conference, with partners including Lenovo Group, Hygon Information, and the Administrative Committee of Bishan Modern Service Industry Development Zone, Chongqing.
Jiang Zhibin, Secretary of the Bishan District Party Committee; Tang Jun, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the District Government Party Leadership Group and District Mayor; Yang Fan, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, and other leaders attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Zheng Fali, Director of the Administrative Committee of Bishan Modern Service Industry Development Zone; Li Gang, Vice President of Lenovo China and General Manager of Southwest Region; Li Yunfeng, General Manager of West China Government Industry at Hygon Information; and Yan Qingwei, Secretary-General of AIAA, signed the agreement on behalf of the respective partners.
As a pilot zone for the development of the low-altitude equipment industry in Chongqing, Bishan District has introduced and implemented a number of low-altitude economy industrial projects, establishing a full industrial chain system covering "core components – complete machine manufacturing – supporting equipment – maintenance and training". It has taken the lead in building ten demonstration scenarios for the integrated operation of low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles, including logistics, inspection, emergency response, and rescue. Currently, efforts are being made to establish a standard system for large-scale integrated flight services of low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles, build a demonstration base for comprehensive low-altitude commercial services, and shape Bishan’s image as a benchmark city for integrated flight of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Together with ecological partners, the alliance will build an industrial ecosystem of intelligent agents, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, drive the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries toward intelligence, digitalization, and green development, support the construction of Digital China with advanced AI technologies, and provide replicable and scalable experience for building a modern intelligent industrial system.
